FX not working

I live i North Smithfield, Rhode Island, USA. I have a Lowrey Rhapsody organ. The "FX" will not respond the the kick pedal or the button. If I select a rhythm style and press a key on the lower keyboard the "FX" turns on won't stop. To remedy that problem I have to select no function for the right foot pedal.

Obviously the "FX" still exist, but won't function in the usual manner. Any suggestions for a remedy?

you will need to do a full reset or adjust the sensitivity of the touch bars !
